Story Synopsis: At 9:58am on Thursday, 19 February, 1942, the same task force that had attacked Pearl Harbor swept out of the clear morning sky over Port Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia, to wipe out any Allied ability to stand in the way of the Japanese sweeping across the whole Pacific Theatre to reap the spoils of the rich natural resorces of French Indochina, Indonesia, Burna, the Philippines, and even as far as India.  Alex Stark, 19, a "Yank" sailor aboard the USS Peary, finds himself in the middle of the sneak attack, an attack against a people and a town and a land that have become as important to him, as much family, as the loved ones he's left behind in rural northern Virginia.
